Swayana Foods accepts payments through:

2. Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment must be completed before order processing begins.
3. Pricing & Taxes
• All prices are listed in INR (₹).
• Applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.
• Delivery or courier charges may apply separately unless stated otherwise.
4. Payment Security
Swayana Foods does not store customer card or banking details. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment service providers.
5. Failed or Pending Payments
• Orders will not be processed if payment fails or remains pending.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring successful transaction completion.
6. Refund Processing
• Approved refunds (as per Return, Refund, or Cancellation policies) will be processed via the original payment method.
• Refund timelines may take 5–7 working days depending on the payment provider.
7. Changes to Payment Terms
Swayana Foods reserves the right to modify payment terms at any time. Updated terms will be reflected on the website.
1. Perishable Goods
Food items are non-returnable.
2. Eligible Cases
Refund or replacement may be provided if product is damaged, incorrect, or spoiled.
3. Reporting Window
Notify within 24 hours with proof.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
Taste preference, improper storage, minor appearance variations, or approved customisation errors.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation within the permitted time frame mentioned below. Cancellation requests must be made through the official contact details of Swayana Foods.
2. Standard Product Orders
(Chocolates, Cookies, Spice Powders)
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of order confirmation or before preparation begins, whichever is earlier.
Orders that have already entered preparation, packing, or dispatch stage cannot be cancelled.
3. Customised Orders
(Custom Chocolate Wraps, Special Packaging)
Cancellation requests made before design work or production begins may be considered at the discretion of Swayana Foods.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded through the original payment method
Refund processing time may take 10–15 working days depending on the payment provider.
5. Order Modification
Customers may request order changes before preparation begins. Swayana Foods will try to accommodate modifications based on feasibility.
7. Cancellation by Swayana Foods
Swayana Foods reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
• Ingredient or stock unavailability
• Unforeseen production or technical issues
• Incorrect or incomplete customer details
• Situations beyond operational control
In such cases, customers will be informed and a full refund will be processed.
